MotoGp, Razali says no to Valentino Rossi’s student.
The patron of the RNF team ahead of next year’s Aprilia takes stock of the rider issue.
WithU RNF team patron Razlan Razali ahead of next season, the first as Aprilia’s satellite team, took stock of the riders issue. Razali denied rumors of a possible arrival of one of Valentino Rossi’s students, Celestino Vietti, currently leading the Moto2 standings.
“There is talk about Vietti, but there are some riders who have more experience. Currently 90 percent of our sponsors come from Italy, but an Italian rider is not at the top of the list. There are not even many Italian riders right now… Our sponsors understand that, so there is no pressure to take an Italian rider,” are Razali’s words to Speedweek. Among the possibles are Raul Fernandez and Alex Marquez.
