Moto2, Augusto Fernandez wins in Assen and hooks Vietti
Spanish centaur wins at Assen and joins Vietti at the top of the standings
Team Ajo centaur Augusto Fernandez scores his second consecutive victory in Moto2 by winning the Dutch Grand Prix in Assen. The Spanish rider achieves his third win of the season, preceding Japan’s Ai Ogura of team Asia ,and Britain’s GasGas Jake Dixon.
Thanks to this result, Fernandez hooked in the overall standings the Mooney VR46 team rider Celestino Vietti, who finished at the foot of the podium, in fourth place. Seventh was the other Italian Tony Arbolino, while Arenas ended up on the ground.
