Lorenzo Sonego eats his hands: surprising defeat for him
Andujar beats Sonego
A Tuesday to forget for Lorenzo Sonego, who in Kitzbuhel threw away a match he seemed to have already won.
The Piedmontese, engaged against Pablo Andujar on the clay of the famous Austrian ski resort (it’s the one of the Streif, which so much controversy has sparked after some statements of Sofia Goggia, to be clear), in the third and decisive set had led 4-0, tearing twice the service to the Spaniard. However, who did not give an inch and went on to win the partial 7-6 (4), thus winning the match. Andujar had won the first set 6-4, while Sonego had made the second his own 6-3.
