Juventus has secured Massimiliano Allegri’s bench. Despite being 10 points behind Napoli in the lead after just nine days in the league, and the perilous situation in the Champions League, the Tuscan coach enjoys the trust of the Bianconeri management and is not in question, even after the San Siro defeat against AC Milan.

Instead, the coach from Livorno in consultation with the management would have decided for an abrupt change of course, launching a tougher line against the players: according to reports in La Gazzetta dello Sport, after Wednesday’s match in Tel Aviv against Maccabi the Bianconeri team could go into retirement, especially if the performance seen on Saturday night with the Rossoneri is repeated in Israel as well.

Hard line also with regard to training, where delays will no longer be tolerated: discipline and team spirit are the recipes with which Allegri aims to get out of the crisis.
