Francesco Modesto is the new coach of Vicenza

LR Vicenza has announced that Mr. Francesco Modesto has signed an agreement as Head Coach of the First Team, until June 30, 2023, with an option to renew with the red and white club.

Modesto, born in 1982, in his playing career has worn the shirts, in Serie A, of Reggina, Genoa, Bologna, Parma and Pescara.

He began his coaching career in 2017, leading Rende’s Berretti team, before moving to the first team the following season, in which he made the Serie C playoffs. He then led Cesena and Pro Vercelli, while last season he was at the helm of Crotone in Serie B.

Modesto will be supported by Assistant Coach Attila Malfatti and Athletic Trainer Giacomo Gigliotti.
