Charles Leclerc with an open heart about Sebastian Vettel
Ferrari driver Leclerc said goodbye to one of his mentors, Vettel: “Everyone will miss him.”
Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc in an interview with RacingNews365 said goodbye to mentor and former teammate Sebastian Vettel, who is on his farewell step in F1: “We still text each other, everyone will miss him because Seb, for a Formula 1 driver, is a very kind, genuine person, and the hardest worker there is in the paddock.”
“When I arrived at the track in the morning in my early years in Alfa Romeo and Ferrari, he had already been on the track for an hour and a half,” he recounted. “I took from him the fact that I arrive early and leave late. As well as the attention to detail, there were so many details I didn’t care about in the beginning, he paid attention to them and so did I. I learned so much from him when I was young. Having had him as a partner helped me a lot.”
