Sofia Goggia will not participate in the Sanremo Festival.

The Bergamo-born skier herself denied to RTL 102.5 the rumors circulated in recent days about her participation in the role of presenter of the singing kermesse.

“In the coming weeks you will see me in mountain resorts, except for the last week of this month, but I don’t think I will go to Sanremo at all. I will only think about preparing for the World Cup, which will be held in conjunction with the Festival. The World Cup happens once in a lifetime, Sanremo is everyone’s dream, I would love to go there, but I have the goal of winning these World Cups. There has never been any contact with Amadeus, they were just rumors that I deny; someday, who knows, never say never, but this year I will certainly not go.”
