Federica Brignone ahead of the Crans Montana downhill: “I will try to give my best and then focus on the Superg”
Federica Brignone took stock of the situation on the eve of the downhill race in Crans Montana: “Consistency is one of the aspects I follow most, I am keen to do well here, where I have always done well in the past. There remain very interesting and hopefully positive stages, the slope looks as always very exposed to the sun and hot, as in previous years.”
The Valle d’Aosta racer is especially aiming for Sunday’s SuperG: “On Saturday in the downhill I will start with a high bib and that is a disadvantage. I will try to give my best for the downhill and then focus on the Super G, where I can take satisfaction.”
