After the knockout against Bologna, Inter will have a chance to bounce back against Lecce. Simone Inzaghi spoke to the club’s official channels “We come to this challenge angry about the last result and we are looking forward to getting back on the pitch.”

“We have analyzed the mistakes we made. We will need a lot of concentration, we will have to use our heads: a difficult match awaits us, but I expect a reaction from great men and a great group, which is what we are. In front of us we will find a healthy team, which plays excellent soccer: Lecce is doing a great championship, we will have to pay a lot of attention, the matches are all difficult, this season is proving it.”

“Ours is a united group and the proof is the availability I have always had from all the players: there are always disqualifications or injuries and from time to time different players have changed roles, but I have always found excellent responses. In the league we certainly could have done better, in these 18 months however we have done some good things and we have to take the best of what we have expressed,” Inzaghi concluded.
