Spaniard Rafael Nadal, who just turned 37 today, had arthroscopic surgery in Barcelona for a left iliopsoas injury that was giving him severe tendon problems and will have to stay off the courts for five months. Almost certainly then, the Mallorcan will return in 2024, what he announced will be his last year on the tennis courts.
