Juventus, eyes on Bologna and Genoa for midfield
Juventus, eyes on Ferguson and Frendrup for midfield
After finalizing the transaction for the outright purchase of Tiago Djalò from Lille, the priority for Juventus would be a midfield reinforcement, since the Bianconeri will have to do without Pogba and Fagioli, until the end of the season. There are several profiles sounded out by the Piedmontese club, but in the last few days two players militant in Serie A would be identified.
According to a report by "Tuttosport", the "Old Lady" would be intent on reinvesting the treasure obtained from the sale of Ranocchia on one between Lewis Ferguson and Morten Frendrup, who are playing for Bologna and Genoa respectively. In the coming days, in fact, Ds Giuntoli could start contacts with the entourages of the two players to verify the feasibility of the operation.
However, negotiations will not be easy, as the Scottish midfielder would be valued by the Felsinai at around 20 million euros, while for the Danish midfielder the Grifone would ask for a figure around 10-12 million euros. In addition, on the latter there would also be the interest of Liverpool.
An alternative to the two players would be Lazar Samardzic, on whom there would also be the interest of Napoli. Juventus, for its part, would be willing to lock up the Serbian midfielder for June. Should the conditions be favorable, however, ds Cristiano Giuntoli would be ready to sink the blow already in the winter soccer market session.
