Yamaha, Fabio Quartararo unveils his hopes ahead of season opener

After a decidedly negative 2023, Yamaha and Fabio Quartararo will aim for redemption already; starting with the first round of the new MotoGp season in Qatar. A few days before the season opener at the Losail circuit, in fact, the French centaur, to the official channels of the team, has è expressed himself bluntly about his feelings and hopes.

"We got very good information from the tests in Qatar, but we also know that we still have to improve, so our goal è to work on this aspect. This first Gp è important, it will show us where we stand and hopefully we will be in a better position than last year. I know Yamaha is working hard behind the scenes and everyone in the team is motivated, so we will give it our all, as always to get the best possible result and start the season in the best way" these are the words of Fabio Quartararo.

To the official Yamaha channels, in addition to the Frenchman, è also spoke Alex Rins, who took the place of Franco Morbidelli: "This new chapter with Yamaha officially begins this weekend. I stayed in Qatar after the test becauseé the weather forecast was not good where I live and I wanted to be able to train as much as possible and be in race mode as soon as possible. I am very motivated and in general I am curious to see what we can do this weekend. This is a relatively new bike and team, and last year I didn’t race in Qatar, which è has been resurfaced and rebuilt since 2022, so I know I’ll have to take some time to adapt".
