Ducati, Pecco Bagnaia improvises as firefighter: "I got angry"
Ducati rider Pecco Bagnaia è slipped without consequences on the ground during qualifying for the French Grand Prix in Le Mans. The Piedmontese rider after the fall è improvised himself as a fireman and personally provided with the fire extinguisher to put out the small fire on his bike. After qualifying he è complained to the stewards about the incident in question.
"They made me angry. They were there, six of them, watching the bike. Nobody had a fire extinguisher, and I think it's a normal stuff to have instead. I had to make a run, go get it and come back. Better that wayì otherwise everything would have caught fire", he told Sky.
Bagnaia will start from the second position on the grid: with him on the front row are poleman Quartararo and Maverick Vinales. The Piedmontese rider è in clear recovery and hopes to further reduce the gap separating him from Martin, now 17 points.
