Paris 2024 Olympics: Morocco-Spain referee leaves due to a clash with a player
Curious incident at the 12' pt of the Morocco-Spain match valid as the semifinal of the Paris 2024 men’s soccer tournament.
Uzbek referee Ilgiz Tantashev è accidentally, but harshly, clashed with the right full-back of the 'Roja' Marc Pubill (Roma market target) and got the worst of it.
While he was being rescued, the match è remained interrupted for five minutes then è resumed with the replacement of Tantashev with the fourth man, Swedish Glenn Nyberg, the 'whistle' protagonist of the chaos of the match between Argentina and Morocco.
