Andrea Duilio (IPA photo), managing director of Sky Italia, made a satisfied comment on the recent joint anti-piracy operation.  "I want to thank the Catania Public Prosecutor’s Office and Postal Police, Europol and the’Audiovisual Anti-Piracy Alliance for this extraordinary operation in which we are proud to have collaborated" he said.

"The results achieved are the result of a great synergistic work that allowed us to dismantle a’criminal organization that operated on an international scale" he added. 

"Actions such as this, together with the systematic contribution that gives" Piracy Shield by obscuring pirate sites in real time, make more effective the fight against a phenomenon that damages the audiovisual industry destroying thousands of jobs" the conclusion of Duilio.
