Cagliari challenges two A clubs for the Juventus champion

Cagliari is closely monitoring the market in search of experienced elements to join Fabio Pisacane’s squad. In the last few days, sporting director Guido Angelozzi and his staff have intensified their efforts to identify the ideal reinforcements and the name of Filip Kostić.

The Serbian footballer from Juventus is expiring his contract with Juventus and in all likelihood will leave the Bianconeri club in June to find a new accommodation. However, to acquire the 1992-class side, Cagliari will have to face competition from Genoa and especially Como. Attention is also paid to some English clubs.

Filip Kostić is not the only expiring footballer who has ended up in the sights of the Sardinian club: Sead Kolašinac, who could leave Atalanta with a view to rejuvenating the Bergamo team, is also very much liked. The player would very much like to stay in Italy and on his tracks there is also Torino, desperately looking for defenders to restructure a department that will undergo big changes in the summer.

As for the outgoing market, Cagliari will have to reckon with the big offers that will arrive for Elia Caprile: the very strong goalkeeper has been sounded out by Juventus and Inter but also Aston Villa is seriously interested in acquiring him to replace Dibu Martinez.
