Everyone is waiting for his decision. The basketball world is eagerly awaiting news of the next chapter in LeBron James’s career. The 41-year-old All-Star, after wrapping up his long stint with the Los Angeles Lakers (eight seasons and an NBA championship in 2020), must now decide, as a free agent, which team he’ll play for next year.

As revealed by his agent, with the exception of a couple of franchises, everyone has reached out to inquire about LBJ. Despite no longer being in the prime of his career, King James remains one of the best on the court and, of course, a top-tier brand.

According to several U.S. media outlets, the field is narrowing. There are reportedly three franchises with a real chance of having him on their roster for next season: Philadelphia, Miami, and Cleveland.

Philadelphia, following the arrival of Jaylen Brown, is aiming for the NBA title, as is Miami, which now has Giannis Antetokounmpo on its roster. Cleveland has potential but, in this case, it would be more of a choice of the heart, since it’s the King’s city (he won his NBA championship there in 2016). In short, the feeling is that it will be one of these three—but which one?
