Inter: it’s done for the transfer of Marcelo Brozovic to Al-Nassr
Sportmediaset reports that it is done for the transfer of Marcelo Brozovic from Inter Milan to the Saudi club Al-Nassr, in which Cristiano Ronaldo and former Colombian goalkeeper David Ospina, among others, play.
The two clubs have agreed on a deal for 23 million euros and the deal is expected to close tomorrow. The 30-year-old Croatian midfielder, who had a contract with Inter Milan until 2026, will sign a three-year deal at 20 million a season. Al-Nassr thus beat off competition from Barcelona, which wanted Brozovic to replace Sergio Busquets, who moved to Inter Miami where he will play again with Leo Messi.
Marcelo Brozovic has played the last eight seasons with Inter Milan, which picked him up from Dinamo Zagreb in 2015, totaling 330 appearances and 31 goals among all competitions and winning the Scudetto in 2021 and the Coppa Italia and Italian Super Cup in both 2021 and 2022.
