Juventus, Paul Pogba returns to Turin

Juventus’ French midfielder Paul Pogba makes an early return to Turin and will return to training at the Continassa tomorrow, a week before the official training camp.

Pogba has spent the summer in Miami working every day on regaining fitness to take that central role that Massimiliano Allegri would have liked to give him last summer.

After six seasons at Manchester United, the 30-year-old Pogba returned to Juve a year ago after previously playing there from 2012 to 2016, but in Serie A, due to ongoing physical problems, he collected the pittance of six appearances, plus one in the Coppa Italia and three in the Champions League.
