Wimbledon, Jannik Sinner admits problems
Jannik Sinner commented on his performance after a hard-fought victory over Halys in the third round at Wimbledon: “I didn’t start well, but I’m happy with the win. I didn’t start in the best way, I couldn’t find rhythm. Halys is a different player than my previous opponents, the crowd gave me a big boost.”
However, the Azzurro hit the round of 16 again, for the second year in a row: “I’m glad it didn’t go like Roland Garros…. The best thing when you lose early at Roland Garros is that you have more time to prepare for Wimbledon…. (laughs, ed.),” are the words reported by Sky.
“Every match has its own story, I always try to play my best and deal well with difficult moments,” concluded the South Tyrolean.
