Charles Leclerc gave a lengthy interview to 'La Stampa' in which he also talked about his friendship relationship with his fellow countryman Jannik Sinner: "With Jannik we write each other often, he sent me several messages when I won in Monte Carlo, a moment I had been waiting for years, and I of course wrote to him for number one".

"So far forò we have only seen each other at a few award ceremonies but we agree that soon we will go and play padel. Although for me it will not be" a great day" added ironically the Ferrari driver.

In particular, for his victory in the Monaco Grand Prix, the Monegasque revealed the content of the message sent to him by the world’s number one tennis player: "He congratulated me, and wrote that he was happy for me".
