Hungary did not start Euro 2024 well. It did so by losing to Switzerland and now finds itself already with its back against the wall. Host Germany, fresh from its convincing victory over Scotland, is certainly not the easiest team to face.

The technical commissioner of the Magyar selection, Piedmont’s Marco Rossi, is aware of this. Who does not use mincing words in trying to push his boys towards what would be a real feat: "We will have to give 100 percent, but only becauseé 110 percent è mathematically impossible" he stresses.
