Euro 2024, Murat Yakin not afraid of rain but wary of Scotland

Murat Yakin does not take Scotland, Switzerland’s next opponent at Euro 2024, lightly. "The British know how to play soccer and we should not make the mistake of underestimating them" stresses the coach of the Swiss-Swiss.
" Scotland è were defeated in the first match of the group, but they did not show their true potential, suffering mainly from the early pressure of the Germans. Now the players are motivated to show that they can do better than the last performance, and we will have to be skillful in imposing our game" Yakin adds.
"Surely the Scots will try to put us in trouble" but we will do our best to impose our game. We are able to adapt to any opponent and surprise anyone, even making changes during the match" argues then the Helvetic helmsman.
"We are professionals, we play in any weather and on any surface. We have to focus only on ourselves" concludes Yakin to those who ask him if he doesn’t fear we might play under the deluge and, therefore, on a heavy field that on paper should favor Scotland.
