Inter thins the roster: official farewell of one redundancy
A sale abroad, when the Italian market è closed for days.
Calciomercato Inter: Simone Inzaghi loses a player for the rest of the season, who però was largely on the fringes of his technical project. It is Eddie Salcedo, a striker whom the Nerazzurri have sold on loan despite the fact that the market in Italy has been at a standstill since the end of August. The same is not the case forò in Greece, where the class of 2001 will play: his loan to OFI Crete is official.
Lapidary the official note with which Inter announced the transaction: "FC Internazionale Milano announces the transfer of Eddie Anthony Salcedo Mora to OFI Crete FC. The class 2001 striker transfers on a temporary basis until June 30, 2025".
Salcedo, who was back from another loan (to Lecco) è moreover, his contract is expiring and therefore in all likelihood he will not have any more chances at Inter even when his experience at OFI Crete will be at an end.
Born in Genoa in 2001 to a Colombian family, Salcedo è grew up in Genoa before being bought by Inter in the summer of 2018. With the Nerazzurri he actually never played a single official match, playing since then always on loan and wearing over time the jerseys of Verona, Spezia, Bari and Eldense, in addition to a return to the Grifone and a move to Lecco last season.
