Motomondiale lands in Malaysia: a difficult trip for Paolo Simoncelli

That accursed October 23, 2011 è is still alive in the eyes of all motorcycling fans, Italian and others: on that day, Marco Simoncelli’s life was tragically cut short in the very early stages of the Malaysian Grand Prix, leaving the entire sporting world stunned. On the eve of the 2024 Malaysian GP, Paolo Simoncelli, dadà of 'Sic', wanted to express a thought about it.

Paolo Simoncelli has never wanted to leave the world of motorcycling and, indeed, è currently starring in Moto3 with Filippo Farioli and Luca Lunetta at the helm of the two bikes made available to the team. In the recent Thailand GP, Simoncelli senior was able to celebrate Lunetta’s own brilliant second place, which came behind only David Alonso, the dominator of the season.
