Moto3, Dennis Foggia dominance in Thailand: ‘My best race’
Real domination, and the great excitement at the end of the day.
Dennis Foggia leaves Thailand as the winner of the Buriram Grand Prix valid for Moto3. A real domination for him: the Roman was in fact in the lead for all 22 laps of the Buriram Grand Prix, with him on the podium Ayumu Sasaki and Riccardo Rossi.
After Sunday’s result, Dennis Foggia is 2nd in the overall standings (216 points, 49 behind leader Izan Guevara, who finished fifth at the finish). Fallen in the early stages, however, was Sergio Garcia. For him now the gap to Guevara is 56 points.
“Another incredible victory, maybe this was my best race. It was a difficult day, but I managed to do a fantastic job. We were fast all weekend and we can’t complain about anything after the pole position on Saturday and the win on Sunday,” the Leopard team rider said at the end of the day.
