Jannik Sinner in Beijing final with (double) thrill

Jannik Sinner is the first finalist of the Atp 500 tournament in Beijing, but against Alex De Minaur, defeated by the score of 6-3 4-6 6-2, it was certainly not a walkover.
The South Tyrolean after a good first set suffered thigh muscle problem in the third game of the second. The opponent immediately took advantage of this to get back into the match and even the score.
Sinner in the third partial, however, found himself again and despite not being 100 percent physically, he placed a double break that closed the accounts, allowing him to fly to the final in Beijing for the third time.
This was the’eleventh win in direct confrontations with the Australian. Wednesday’s final will be against the winner of the match between Russia’s Daniil Medvedev or U.S. Learner Tien.
