There is an air of revenge at Inter after the controversy following the big match lost to Napoli: the Nerazzurri managers are working to reinforce the team in January and make it even more competitive for the Scudetto fight. According to rumors, the Biscione’s market men are ready to accelerate for a long-sought target, Kim Min-Jae.

The South Korean defender is now on the fringes of Bayern Munich and could leave Germany as early as January: English but also Italian clubs are on him. L’Inter is in the front row along with Milan: the Nerazzurri are closely following the track and have shown concrete interest in the player.

After 11 goals conceded in 8 games, the Nerazzurri management is aware that a major reinforcement is needed to fill the gaps in defense, and the Korean, seeking redemption after a complicated year and a half in Bavaria, could be the right fit for Chivu. Kim has already played in Serie A in the 2022-23 season, proving decisive in Napoli’s Scudetto victory.

Kim has a contract until 2028, and is valued by Bayern at least 25 million euros. The real obstacle, however, is the contract of the Asian player, who earns a 7 million euro net salary a year in Munich.
