Serie B 2025-2026: Palermo-Pescara, the likely lineups

Fighting at the two sides of the standings at the Renzo Barbera, in the match of the eleventh day of Serie B scheduled for Saturday at 7:30 p.m.: host Palermo, which despite having slowed down in recent weeks is firmly in the playoff zone, is ready to host Pescara, which instead seeks precious points to get out of the last five positions in the standings.

The Rosanero have not won since Oct. 4 (2-1 at home to Spezia) and in front of a friendly audience have not scored three points since Sept. 19 (2-0 at Bari). To reverse the trend, Filippo Inzaghi will rely on Le Douaron along with totem Pohjanpalo in attack, while in midfield there will be Blin and Vasic from the first minute. Three-man defense in front of goalkeeper Joronen, with Peda, Bani and Ceccaroni.

On the other hand, Abruzzo coach Vincenzo Vivarini is still chasing an external success and is intent on giving the Delfino fans their second win of the season after the 4-0 victory with Empoli last Sept. 21. He is also very likely to play 3-5-2, with Caligara and Di Nardo up front, Letizia on the right side of midfield and Cangiano on the opposite side.
