Serie A 2025-2026: Cagliari-Genoa, the likely lineups
The Serie A championship starts again after the break for national teams with the 12th day and in particular with Cagliari-Genoa, scheduled for Saturday at 3 p.m.
This is a delicate challenge for both teams: the Sardinians have not won since Sept. 19, the day of Belotti’s injury, while the Ligurians have changed coach, with the arrival of De Rossi already bringing a point before the break.
A success would allow Genoa to at least momentarily get out of the relegation zone by hooking into the standings the very rivals of the day, who will then be awaited by a thrilling triptych against Juventus, Roma and Atalanta.
In terms of lineups, Deiola is recovered but will start from the bench. On the’other side in De Rossi’s 3-5-2 forward space for former Colombo with Vitinha.
