The purple club rejected Leicester’s proposal
Fiorentina has rejected a lavish offer from Leicester for Nicolas Gonzalez. According to TMW reports, the Tuscan club said no to a €35 million proposal from the Premier League club, which had already had an initial €30 million attempt rejected.
The no from the purple executives would have convinced Leicester to tack on another name: they will only return to the charge next June. Gonzalez is also of interest to Newcastle, ready to make a bid but still for the summer market.
Nicolas Gonzalez has scored 13 goals so far in 50 games with the purple shirt.
