Italrugby, the thirty-three summoned for Wales and Scotland

The technical staff of the Italian Men’s National Rugby Team led by Kieran Crowley has summoned thirty-three athletes for the Verona meeting – scheduled starting Thursday, March 2 – in preparation for the last two matches of the Guinness Six Nations 2023 against Wales and Scotland respectively scheduled for March 11 at 3:15 p.m. at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome and March 18 at Murrayfield at 12:30 p.m. local time (1:30 p.m. Italian time) that will close the tournament. Both matches will be broadcast on Sky Sport One and TV8.

Confirmed the group of athletes summoned in the first three days of the tournament with the novelty of the presence of Martin Page-Relo, scrum-half class 1999 in force at Stade Toulousain and convocable for Italy under World Rgby’s Regulation No. 8 (maternal grandparents born in Italy) at the first call-up with the Italian Men’s National Rugby Team.

Part of the group will meet in the afternoon of Thursday, March 2, in Verona, while at the end of the commitments with their respective clubs the whole squad will be at the disposal of the Azzurri staff starting from the first training scheduled on Monday, March 6.
