Lecce, Marco Baroni announces an absence against AC Milan
Marco Baroni’s words on the eve of Milan-Lecce
Marco Baroni presented in a press conference the San Siro match against AC Milan, valid for the 31st day of Serie A.
The Giallorossi coach had this to say about the Rossoneri: “They in Bologna had a turnover but were equally at the top: we find a team that has enthusiasm, is in the Champions League semifinals and is fighting for a place in the top four. We will need a strong-willed match to give our best, we must be ready to take what the opponent will eventually leave. Sacrifice and dedication, that’s the only way we can do well.”
Then he announced a heavy absence: “Colombo had a flu attack, I preferred not to summon him. Pongracic is to be evaluated, difficult to say when he will return.”
“I know the people of this area well, I understand the disappointment but ours against Samp was a very good performance. The team is focused on the goal: we all need to be united,” Baroni concluded on the fans’ protest.
