Herman Mandole è the new coach of Varese Basketball

Varese Basketball has announced that it has reached a multi-year agreement with Herman Mandole, who will officially serve as head coach of the first team as of today. For the Argentine this will be the third season in the red and white after taking care of the offensive phase of the red and white lineup first as assistant to Matt Brase in the 2022-2023 season and then with Tom Bialaszewski last year.

Rounding out the new coach’s staff will be Marco Legovich as Associate Head Coach and Federico Renzetti as assistant. In addition, there will also be youth coaches who will actively contribute to the development of the qualities of individual players.

"I am extremely excited and happy to become head coach of such a great team in Italy and Europe as Varese. I want to thank the companyà for the trust it has placed in me and I promise to repay it with a lot of work. I am convinced that if the team will play aggressively on defense and our fans will support us as I have seen them do in the last two years, it will be a season full of joys. Thank you and forza Varese!" these are the first words of Herman Mandole as the new coach of Openjobmetis Varese.

The red and white company recently celebrated its 79th birthday by making a very important gift to its fans, namely the contract renewal of Nico Mannion.
