Vero Volleyball, continues preparation with Paola Egonu

The preparation of Vero Volley Milan continues unabated, busy all week between the field and gym at’Opiquad Arena in Monza.

After an’intense week of work, coach Stefano Lavarini s team will observe an entire weekend of rest, Saturday, Sept. 7 and Sunday, Sept. 8.

Then on Monday, Sept. 9, activity will resume with a double session of both technique and in the weight room.

The first official friendly is approaching, scheduled for Friday, Sept. 13, at the Opiquad Arena against Novara. Following this first commitment, the work will be focused on the Courmayeur Cup organized by the Women’s League, with the presentation of the next season of Serie A1, scheduled for September 20 and 21, with, in addition to Milan, the participation of Conegliano, Scandicci and Novara.
