Max Verstappen doesn’t think about the future
Max Verstappen is not thinking about the future
Max Verstappen gave an interview to Autosport in which he admitted he is not thinking about his future: "I think right now I have enough to worry about with other things we want to do better. We will see what happens in the future. At the moment I am not thinking too much about it, to be honest. It’s not going to change my life".
The Dutch champion is not è worried about what Red Bull will look like in 2026: "Sure, è [a question mark], but you can say the same about everybody. It will be a completely new car and engine. &Eegrave; a question mark for everyone, even people who think they are in the best position right now. There'è always the question of whether you've really done a great job, and it'll be that way [until the start of the 2026 season]".
"Most big drivers have performance-related exit clauses in their contracts, and the same is true for Max,” team principal Helmut Marko told RTL/ntv microphones. “So if we can’t give him a car to fight at the front, it will definitely be something he’ll think about.”
Verstappen will be back on track this weekend in Austin, where the United States Grand Prix of America is staged. The three-time world champion leads the F1 drivers’ standings, with a 52-point advantage over rival Lando Norris (McLaren).
