Roma wins women’s Super Cup
Beating Fiorentina by a score of 3-1, Roma è won the 2024 edition (though it was played at the beginning of 2025) of the women's Italian Super Cup, which at the 'Picco' in La Spezia confronted the Giallorossi, champions of Italy and winners of the last Italian Cup, and the women's team of Viola, finalists of the national cup.

In the second half, at 60', came Madelen Janogy’s momentary equalizer, which was followed by goals by Valentina Giacinti at 64' and Alice Corelli at 89', which just anticipated the Giallorossi’s celebration.
After the men’s success in the derby of the Capital, è therefore came another joy for the Giallorossi, for the second time winner of the trophy: the first success had come two editions ago, in 2022, on penalties against Juventus (4-3 the score of the shots from the penalty spot after the 1-1 in regulation time).
