After the break for national teams, which completed the picture of qualifiers for the World Cup scheduled for June and July between Canada, Mexico and the United States–with Italy being ousted by Edin Dzeko’s Bosnia and Herzegovina–the major European leagues return to the field. The exception is the Premier League, halted to make way for the FA Cup quarterfinals.

Liga starts instead with the 30th day, a round that promises to be full of interesting challenges both in the race for Europe and in the salvation key.

Opening the program is Friday’s 9 p.m. advance between Rayo Vallecano and Elche, an important confrontation especially in the central and lower zones of the standings.

Saturday, April 4, the day gets into full swing: at 2 p.m. Real Sociedad hosts Levante, while at 4:15 p.m. Mallorca faces Real Madrid, called upon to stay hooked on the top positions. At 6:30 p.m. Betis takes on Espanyol, before the 9 p.m. highlight match between Atletico Madrid and Barcelona, a challenge that can weigh heavily on the balance of the league.

Sunday, April 5, on Easter Day, continues with four more matches: at 2 p.m. Getafe against Athletic Bilbao, at 4:15 p.m. Valencia against Celta Vigo, at 6:30 p.m. Oviedo-Sevilla and at 9 p.m. Alavés-Osasuna. The day closes Monday, April 6, at 9 p.m. with the last postponement, Girona-Villarreal.
