Jannik Sinner is unstoppable. The Italian also triumphed at the Madrid Open, winning his fifth Masters in a row. An absolute domination that is certified, week after week, by the ATP ranking. Right now, the world No. 1 is running away.

As known, Jannik Sinner had no points to defend in Madrid (he did not play the 2025 edition). So, he got a full haul. Right now, there are an impressive 14,350 points in the South Tyrolean’s pocket. His advantage over Carlos Alcaraz, who is currently pitched due to injury, is 1,290 points.

Beware, the gap could increase even more dramatically considering that Carlos Alcaraz will not be present at both the Internazionali d’Italia, in Rome, and in France, at Roland Garros, two tournaments in which he is defending champion.

The Spaniard, last year, won at the Foro Italico (in the final over Jannik Sinner). As a result, he will lose another 1,000 points. The Italian, on the other hand, puts 650 at stake, having reached the final. Looking at the ATP ranking, the gap to the third ranked player, namely Sasha Zverev, is impressive. The German, a finalist in Madrid, has “only” 5,805 points.
