Atalanta strikes its first incoming blow. As reported by Sky Sport, the Nerazzurri club has reportedly closed the deal with Bayer Leverkusen for the transfer of Mitchel Bakker, a left-handed outside forward born in 2000.
The Dutch full-back moves to Bergamo outright for a sum of about 10 million euros, paid into the German club’s coffers. On Thursday set the medical examinations and the signing of the contract, which will be four years.
In his last season with Bayer Leverkusen, Bakker finished the Bundesliga with 3 goals and 2 assists in 28 games.
