Milan’s 23-year-old French defender Pierre Kalulu è underwent surgery to reconstruct his left rectus femoris tendon. This was announced by the Rossoneri club on its official website. Here is the text of the statement.
“AC Milan announces that Pierre Kalulu, today, è underwent surgery to resolve the complete rupture of the tendon of the left rectus femoris.
“The ’operation, which was perfectly successful, è was performed in Finland by Professor Lasse Lempainen, in the presence of the Rossoneri Health Manager Stefano Mazzoni.
“Recovery time is estimated at four months”.
Kalulu è in his fourth season in Milan and this year he played only four games, in the rossonero he totaled between all competitions 106 appearances and 3 goals.
