Joshua Zirkzee, Premier League prepares to snatch from AC Milan and Juventus

Joshua Zirkzee continues to be one of the most talked about names in the current soccer market. The Dutch center forward, for some time now, would be the main target of AC Milan to reinforce the attack. The Rossoneri club, in fact, would have already opened to the payment of the 40-million-euro clause and found an agreement in principle on salary and duration of the contract with the player. The last obstacle holding the bank, however, è the issue related to the commissions requested by the agent (15 million), which would have stalled the negotiations.

According to reports from "La Gazzetta dello Sport", this "tug-of-war" between the Rossoneri club and the player’s attorney Kia Joorabchian would have allowed other top clubs to join the race. In recent days, in fact, Manchester United reportedly made contact with the Dutch striker's entourage to verify the feasibility of the deal. On Zirkzee, in addition, should also be recorded the interest from Juventus of Thiago Motta, who has already coached the player at Bologna. 

Milan, despite its advantageous position, will be called upon to give a decisive acceleration to the negotiation by trying to get closer to the agents’ demands. Another obstacle for the Milanese club would also be the player’s call-up to the national team, since if he performs well he could attract the attention of other top clubs.

In conclusion, albeit remote, Bologna would not lose hope of retaining Joshua Zirkzee, who would be offered a new contract with a tweak of the salary and a rescission clause definitely higher than 40 million.
