Inter Milan soccer market: Ademola Lookman was and remains the number one target at this stage of negotiations for the meneghino club, but the barricades raised by Atalanta are beginning to raise fears that the’operation could go on for a long time. For this reason, the Biscione management does not want to be caught unprepared and is considering some alternative solutions, in case the negotiation for the Anglo-Nigerian stalls.

Note in this sense the Nico Gonzalez option, which, however, always present in turn some obstacles. Not those of Juventus, which owns his card, and which, according to the ‘Corriere dello Sport’ would even be willing to record in the books a capital loss in order to get rid of a player who has never adapted in bianconero. Contacts appear to have taken place, but it is the parties that are still far apart at the moment.

An’additional alternative therefore seems to come from the Bundesliga, and in particular from RB Leipzig. It is Xavi Simons, himself being evaluated by Inter in turn while waiting to find out whether the Lookman operation can be unblocked. There is talk of contacts already underway, with Nerazzurri ds Piero Ausilio said to have already discussed the matter with Ali Barat’s agent. In this case, however, the main obstacle is competition from Chelsea.

All absolutely secondary movements compared to Inter’s overt priority: securing Ademola Lookman. That in turn presses to convince l’Atalanta to release him after unforgettable seasons and historic successes in that of Bergamo. Until the 50 million demanded by the Dea is approached by the counterpart, however, the stopper does not seem to be able to jump so easily. So much so that some alternatives will be concretely evaluated.
