Tons of NBA contests played on the night. After missing as many as eight games in a row (a period in which the team suffered greatly), Antetokounmpo finally returned available. Result? Milwaukee won on the court of the Chicago Bulls (112-103). The Bucks’All Star was decisive with 29 points on the scoreboard. Antetokounmpo indulged in a mighty dunk with two seconds left that irked the Bulls. A behavior the Bucks star explained well in the postgame conference.

Victor Wenbanyama is getting taller
The 21-year-old NBA star still hasn’t stopped growing
The giant Spurs center in recent months has grown another inch and a half
His official height is now that of 2.23 meters, up from 2.22 last season

"I’ve been working very hard on my physique", explained the French player
"I think I reached my full potential in just one summer"
"I’ve made so much progress, I’m stronger and the scale also says bigger"

Wembanyama overcame the venous thrombosis in his right shoulder from which he had suffered last February
The San Antonio star in 46 games averaged 24.3 points and 11 rebounds
"Spending time in a Shaolin monastery was an incredible experience", revealed the Frenchman
"I stepped out of my comfort zone, I wanted to do it but I didn’t expect an experience on the physical level so different"

“We are 11th in the Eastern Conference. We have to keep working to find our true identity. And if that means getting a little bit’ disheveled at the end, whatever. We are not champions. Why should we play to the end and have respect and fair play? We are fighting for our lives right now” Antetokounmpo’s words at the end of the game reported by ESPN. In short, Antetokounmpo wanted to send a clear message to both his teammates and the rest of the league. At the moment, Milwaukee has 13 wins, compared to 19 losses.

At the throes of a not easy period, Miami found success: 142-116 against Indiana. Little room for Fontecchio, who played only three minutes, scoring two points (1/3 from the field). Despite 23 points from Flagg, Dallas lost the challenge to Sacramento (113-107 the final). Phoenix did well, winning over New Orleans: 123-114 the final. Spectacular challenge between New York and Atlanta ended with the success, in a sprint, of the Knicks: 128-125 the final (36 points by Towns and 34 by Brunson).

Everything easy for Houston, which ruled Cleveland with a dry 117-100. Once again, Durant did what he wanted on the court. The Rockets’All Star put up an impressive 30 points. Nice win by Brooklyn, which knocked out Minnesota (123-107 the final, Edwards&#8217s 28 points not enough).

Surprisingly, Utah beat, also rather sharply, San Antonio (127-114 the final). And to say that, among the Spurs’ ranks, Wembanyama was returning in the starting five. A choice that did not bear the desired fruit. The Frenchman ended the match with 32 points but failed to drag his team to success.
