Inter, Simone Inzaghi in the crosshairs: how the club is moving
A future that could be redefined, but not right away.
Simone Inzaghi is on the grill, for his Inter team’s start to the season certainly not at the highest level. The break for the national teams, however, according to ‘SportMediaset’ will not lead to immediate shake-ups. At the same time, however, the Nerazzurri management has nevertheless decided to take action again.
The coach from Piacenza starts from the bonus that he still managed to win last season, with the Scudetto faded but Inter equally able to win two titles. This is another reason why the top management does not seem willing to put Inzaghi at the door, who in any case will be involved in a new summit. Precisely the absence of the many players engaged with their respective national teams, however, will make it impossible to involve the entire team in the coming days.
Thus, it will be Simone Inzaghi himself who will be accountable for the team’s latest disappointing results to the Inter management. After the three league knockouts and the one in the Champions League, however, already the match against Roma and the two with Barcelona will be played with the coach in the uncomfortable role of the special observer. Confidence, in other words, continues to be there but may waver in the not-too-distant future.
