Italvolley, rival in World Cup quarterfinals will be China
Italy-China at the World Cup
Last day in Rotterdam for the Italian women’s national team as they qualify for the quarterfinals of the 2022 World Championships. The Azzura women will move to Apeldoorn tomorrow morning, where they will face China on Tuesday, October 11 (5 p.m. live on Rai 2 and Sky Sport 1) in the match that is worth access to the semifinals. The Azzurri will again take on the Asians, beaten yesterday 3-0 (26-24, 25-16, 25-20).
Two quarterfinal matches, Italy-China (5 p.m.) and Brazil-Japan (8 p.m.), a semifinal (Oct. 13) and the finals that will award the rainbow medals (Oct. 15) will take place Oct. 11 at the Omnisport in Apeldoorn. The other two quarters (also Oct. 11) will be played in Poland in Gliwice and will see the United States-Turkey (5:30 p.m.) and Serbia-Poland (8:30 p.m.) face each other (5:30 p.m.), as well as the semifinals between the two winners (Oct. 12).
After the beautiful victory over China the European champions spent the day, sustaining weight sessions and ball training for the athletes less used in the last competitions.
