Roma, another striker for Mourinho: burned competition from Napoli
Ola Solbakken very close to Roma
Ola Solbakken is very close to the Italian league, in particular to Roma: the Giallorossi club, according to reports from ‘Il Tempo,’ has in fact beaten off competition from Napoli for Bodo/Glimt’s left-handed attacking joker, effectively ‘booking’ him for the January market.
Solbakken, 24, grew up in Rosenborg’s youth ranks and before settling at Bodo/Glimt (in 2020) had played for Ranheim. With Bodo/Glimt he won two Norwegian championships, in 2020 and 2021.
With Solbakken, Roma wants to give more depth to the offensive department of the José Mourinho-coached team, which currently has to do without its most representative player, Paulo Dybala.
