Salernitana, for the midfield there is also the Tottenham track
Tottenham track for Davide Nicola’s midfield
Salernitana’s interest in Juventus-owned 2000 class midfielder Hans Nicolussi Caviglia has emerged in recent hours. However, the former Perugia man is not the only option for the roster available to coach Davide Nicola.
In fact, the Campania club would also be looking at the Premier League to reinforce the midfield: the latest profile evaluated is that of Senegalese footballer Pape Matar Sarr. The class of 2002 is owned by Tottenham and has had no space in the first part of the season: no presence for him under Antonio Conte.
Sarr played in Ligue 1 under the colors of Metz in the last two seasons before being bought by Spurs for almost 17 million euros. The player in his palmares counts winning the 2021 African Cup of Nations, when Senegal triumphed over Cameroon.
