The updated medal table
Day two of the World Ski Championships in Courchevel-Meribel: after Federica Brignone’s resounding start Monday in the women’s combined, it was host France that took the stage in the men’s event with Alexis Pinturault’s victory.
The transalpine skier won ahead of two Austrians. Wednesday will start again with the women’s SuperG.
