Ticket refund arrangements for the cancelled session in Rome

The organization of the Internazionali d’Italia released a note on Wednesday regarding how to refund tickets for the session cancelled due to rain.

“With reference to the session that has already been canceled and for which one is entitled to a refund, those who purchased the coupon via credit card, 93 percent of the buyers, will only have to wait for the relevant amount to be reversed, within the timeframe provided by the banking circuits,” the statement reads.

“With reference, on the other hand, to those who purchased through different channels, we will communicate the modalities in the week following the end of the Internazionali BNL d’Italia,” the organization further explains, providing clarity after users’ requests.
